- Forgot password: use Forgot password, or call us.
- Pay rent, update a card or autopay: portal → Billing.
- Gate code / access history: portal → Access.
- Move out, transfer or maintenance: portal → Requests.
- App lock: in the app open More to turn Face ID / fingerprint unlock on or off.
Delete your account
In the app or portal open Profile → Delete my account, or contact us. Financial records are kept as required by law. Details in our Privacy Policy.
